Role:Advanced Teaching Assistant

Start Date:As soon as possible

Salary (Actual Salary):£18,964 to £19,845 per annum.

Working Pattern:30 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only plus 5 days

Are you a highly skilled, adaptable professional with the emotional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced Alternative Provision? Join us as an Advanced Teaching Assistant, a role that is as challenging as it is profoundly rewarding. You will be a cornerstone of our classroom, delivering targeted interventions and high-quality learning activities to students who have often found mainstream education a barrier, including those with SEND/Social Emotional and Mental Health needs. In this role, you aren’t just supporting academics; you are building trusted relationships and providing the consistency our students need to re-engage with their learning.
