What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Has the safety and wellbeing of pupils at heart
• Is able to deliver a structured programme of age-appropriate activities, including indoor play, arts and craft, outdoor games, and quiet time
• Can assist with the preparation and serving of healthy snacks, meals and breakfast items
• Maintain accurate attendance registers and adhere to the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies
• Willing to undergo training including Food Hygiene and First Aid
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to meet the needs of the role
• Can communicate effectively with staff, parents, and pupils
• Is patient, kind and likes working with children
• Is a team player with a good sense of humour
• Is proactive and uses own initiative
