Salary: £45,586 - £55,974 (including up to 3 SPA points) per annum (pro rata where part-time).
Grade: Soulbury A2 - 7 plus up to 3 SPA points
Fringe Allowance: £939 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 1 x 37 hours per week and 1 x 22.2 hours per week

About the Role
At Thurrock EPS, you will be part of a team of Educational Psychologists with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and to offering the highest quality of person-centred services to children, young people and families living in Thurrock.
As a member of the team, you will work with children and young people from pre-school to post-16, provide crucial support for our most vulnerable residents through collaboration with teams such as the Virtual School and Youth Justice Service, as well as undertake a range of statutory duties. You will also participate in providing a traded service to schools and academies through a Consultation First model.
As the ideal candidate you will:
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist (or pending on completion of the doctoral training)
- Have a commitment to promoting inclusion through your work with children, families, schools and other professionals
- Work collaboratively as part of an EP Team, taking a solution-focused approach to enhancing the quality and efficiency of the service.
DBS Check: At Enhanced Level with Children's Barred List is required for this post.
