Pay Rate: £22.00 - £23.00 per hour
We're looking for a skilled Plasterer Multi Trade to join a dedicated housing contractor in Harrow.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first-time fix, delivering a high standard of workmanship consistently.
- Carrying out patch repairs as well as larger plastering projects in social housing properties
- Performing decorating, tiling, and other associated multi-trade maintenance tasks as required.
- Working efficiently and productively to complete tasks within agreed time frames while maintaining quality standards.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring residents and clients are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Completing daily work sheets accurately, detailing tasks performed and materials used after each job.
- Liaising with tenants to address any questions or concerns during the maintenance visit.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)
