WE'RE HIRING! Customer Service Superstars Needed - Chester

Start Date: Tuesday 10th March
Contract: 12 weeks minimum
Pay: £13.68 per hour (inc. holiday roll‑up)
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (NO bank holidays!)
Location: Chester - gorgeous, modern offices with easy public transport access

About the Role
My client is one of the UK's leading names in the holiday‑let scene - and as they head into their busiest season of the year, they're looking for three lively, resilient, customer-focused people to join their growing team.You'll be the first voice potential partners hear when they call in. No two calls are the same - some clients are ready to go right now, others are just exploring ideas, and you'll guide each one through the journey with confidence and personality.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling 30-40 inbound and outbound calls a day
  • Adapting your approach depending on where each enquiry is in their onboarding journey
  • Sending follow-up information packs and support materials
  • Delivering upbeat, confident, brilliant customer service
  • Working with a big, vibrant team who genuinely enjoy what they do
