Shift Pattern: Staggered shifts (Early: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Late: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM) Rate- £13.69
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised VAR (Vehicle At Risk) Coordinator to join our fast-paced CDR team. This role follows a staggered shift pattern, with early and late shifts designed to ensure full coverage of our 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM phone line and operational responsibilities.
As a VAR Coordinator, you'll take the lead on managing Vehicle At Risk cases, working closely with internal teams, repair partners, and customers to prevent delays, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards. You'll also play a key role in customer communication, repair oversight, and managing inbound calls related to vehicle deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus - VAR (Vehicle At Risk) Case Management
- Monitor and manage aborted deliveries
- Liaise with third-party partners
- Replan deliveries after completed repairs
- Arrange handovers after completed repairs
Warranty & Aftersales Coordination
- Manage in store warranty repairs and communications between workshop and customer
Customer Support & Inbound Delivery Line
- Handle inbound calls for delivery and vehicle-related queries
- Deliver clear, professional communication to customers at all times

- Proven ability to manage fast-moving operational tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership
- Proficiency in Excel and internal tracking systems
