Crynodeb
You must be compassionate and caring with good communication skills, as you will be required to teach and disseminate information in a wide variety of settings. Flexibility and being adaptable to your environment is also an advantage as there is a need to engage with hard to reach patient groups which will include working across a range of settings within the East Midlands Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Network. You must be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative with the enthusiasm and passion to be part of a rapidly developing service. You will need to be flexible and resilient in order to cope with the demands of the role. Good IT knowledge is essential as you will be required to work with the HCC manager and data manager to record outcomes and monitor against targets and give regular feedback to the rest of the team.
