UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Prescriber to join our Primary Care team at HMP Stocken, a category C Prison located in Oakham. HMP Stocken is a busy male prison with a capacity for 1300 inmates. We are recruiting for a Social Prescriber to support the wider Healthcare Team with 1-1's with patients, supporting the patients with alternative therapies such as art or wellbeing activities. We are welcoming applications from newly qualified candidates. HMP Stocken offers free parking, free on site gym. There is also a Bistro on site for which you can have subsidised meals. Not on a direct bus route so would need your own transport. Hours 0900 - 1700 This role is two days a week, you can choose which two days to work between Monday - Friday. Salary This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary up to £33,510 per annum FTE - depending on experience. The salary would be pro rata'd for the part time hours on offer.
