1️⃣ Temporary Virtual Panel Interviewer – Italian & English
Objective: To join a one-day interview panel for 6 candidates who have already passed previous recruitment stages. The panel interviewer will assess candidates’ skills and competence in multiple professional areas.
Responsibilities:
Attend online video interviews with the existing panel.
Observe candidates’ responses and assess skills using a provided rubric.
Ask questions from a pre-prepared question set, if needed, to verify skills.
Take detailed notes and provide structured feedback after each candidate.
Ensure professional and confidential conduct throughout.

Fluent in Italian and English.
Experienced in assessing candidates across multiple domains.
Able to use online video platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Comfortable with structured note-taking and feedback reporting.
Available for 3–4 hours on the interview day.
