Job Type: Part-Time Weekend Work Available

Salary: Starting at £12.21 per hour

About the Role:

Our client is currently recruiting professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join their security team. This role involves working at licensed venues, events, and private functions, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Controlling access and egress of customers and staff

- Conducting ID checks in line with Challenge 25 policy

- Managing queues and maintaining order outside venues

- Monitoring customer behaviour and preventing incidents

- Handling conflict situations professionally and calmly

- Liaising with venue management and emergency services when required

- Completing incident reports accurately and promptly

Requirements:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)

- Previous experience in a similar role essential.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong conflict management abilities

- Smart appearance and professional attitude

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.

- Right to work in the UK

- Strong understanding and ability to speak high-level English.
