About the role Activate Learning are recruiting a Training Coordinator to primarily support our Electrical team based at Guildford college, ensuring learners have access to the appropriate resources and materials needed to progress and successfully complete their chosen apprenticeship programmes.You will play a key role in maintaining the quality and compliance of apprenticeship delivery. This includes conducting regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers to ensure programmes remain effective, engaging and aligned with industry standards.What do you need to be a successful Training Coordinator at Activate Learning?The post holder will have a background in electrical work and/or a good understanding of the construction industry.You will provide exceptional mentoring and pastoral support throughout each learner’s journey. You will be confident in assessing learners on an individual basis, carrying out initial and ongoing reviews to ensure they remain on track to achieve their goals and deliver excellent results.You will bring a flexible approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with both learners and employers.
