Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding of working as a busy Admin Support to join our School Age Immunisation Service admin team based out of Woodloes House, Warwick.
This is an office based role. Remote working is not feasible for this position.
The post holder will play an important, multifaceted role supporting the School Age Immunisation Service. As an Admin Support, you will be providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the team, clinicians and managers which will include taking telephone calls, data inputting, managing electronic patient records, making and rescheduling clinic booking appointments.
The post holder will respond to queries from staff in an appropriate manner, and with reference to Data Protection and in accordance with Trust procedures, participate in Immunisation and Vaccination team meetings and contribute to the development of the service. Also to act as the first point of contact for callers to the service and direct people or queries as appropriate.

We require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and is able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner. The role requires previous office experience as well as excellent customer service skills due to the nature of the calls received.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word and Excel with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to multitask, manage and prioritise own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team.

There is a requirement that you are able to travel between sites within the local area, on occasions, should you be asked to.
