We are currently looking for a backshift cleaner to join our hygiene team at our site in Bridge of Allan as we go through some fantastic development on site.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 1pm until 10pm. Approx. 45 hours per week.

Main Duties:
To effectively and efficiently clean and tidy the boning hall and abattoir amenities areas on an ongoing daily basis according to the cleaning schedules
To work as a team with other dayshift cleaners to ensure the factory is clean and tidy throughout the day.
Carry out cleaning tasks using appropriate amount of resources to minimise wastage.
To issue out the relevant overalls to staff by restocking the laundry lockers and collecting the soiled garments for collection.
To ensure any waste is removed from the amenities areas and disposed off in the correct way
To ensure that the chemicals are used safely and correctly according to manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.
To ensure all equipment is used and stored correctly
To ensure any cleaning is undertaken safely, with regards to chemicals, protective clothing and safe working procedures
To comply with Supervisor/Manager’s instructions in a timely manner.
To comply with departmental procedures in a correct and safe manner.
To comply with company rules and statutory regulations at all times
To comply with company policy on all matters always concerning health & safety and hygiene
To identify training needs and opportunities and bring them to the attention of the Technical Manager
Any other reasonable duties may be assigned as deemed necessary

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role​
