Detailed JD and PS attached. The fulltime job plan is based on 10 Programmed Activities (PAs). This includes clinical duties on the Emergency Floor and participation in the overnight general medical oncall rota (1:14). Weekend clinical commitments are also on the Emergency Floor on a 1:8 rota, working alongside another General Medical Consultant and a Frailty Consultant. Rostering is managed through an annualised system using HealthRota, providing flexibility across the sevenday working week, including opportunities for mutually agreed timeshifting within the consultant team
