Clinical Duties Undertake a range of general practice consultations, including face-to-face, telephone and AccuRx Total Triage Undertake home visits as clinically required (supported by the paramedic team) Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred clinical care Manage acute presentations and long-term conditions Prescribe in line with local and national guidelines (within scope of practice) Support patients with health promotion, lifestyle advice and self-care Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Work collaboratively as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement and service development Participate in duty doctor / clinical triage rotas Administrative and Practice Responsibilities Process clinical administration in a timely manner, including: Referrals Results Repeat prescription requests Participate in MDT meetings and PCN working Support achievement of QOF and local contractual targets Adhere to practice policies, clinical governance requirements and NHS guidance
