Crynodeb
The Associate Technology Delivery Manager supports the delivery of technology products and services within the Home Office, ensuring teams are set up for success and able to deliver effectively. Working in the End User Compute area—which provides and supports devices, applications, and business‑critical services—you will help coordinate delivery plans, identify and remove blockers, and support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.
You will build effective working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, contributing to transparent communication and helping track delivery and supplier performance. A key part of the role involves contributing to realistic plans, supporting risk identification and mitigation, and helping the team maintain focus on meeting quality, time, and cost expectations.
As part of the wider Technology Delivery community, you will share learning and good practice with colleagues across the Home Office and government. The products and services you help deliver will directly support the UK’s security, operational capability, and organisational efficiency.
