We are looking for an admin assistant to aid with the day to day running of the business.
If you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Answering calls
• Engage with clients via phone, email and in person
• Book jobs into computerised diary system
• Managing engineer diaries
• Price and order parts/materials for completion of jobs
• Preparing, issuing and chasing customer invoices
• Taking card payments via telephone/in person
• Maintain and update records accurately
• Provide general admin support and other tasks as required
What we are looking for:
A confident communicator with organisational skills and a can-do attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Managing multiple tasks and taking initiative
Required Qualifications:
Nat 5 (or equivalent) in English & Maths
Experience in an office admin role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Sage or similar system
Experience of working with a diary management system
Experience in the plumbing/heating industry and terminology
