You’ll take ownership of one production line, leading a team of around 15 operatives and playing a key role in maintaining quality, safety and performance standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading and motivating a team of 15 operatives
• Ensuring the production line runs safely, efficiently and to full capacity
• Carrying out routine quality and health & safety checks
• Monitoring performance and minimising downtime
• Training and developing team members
• Supporting continuous improvement across the site
What We’re Looking For
• Experience within food manufacturing (essential)
• Previous Line Leader experience OR someone ready to step up into leadership
• Confident communicator who can engage with shop-floor teams and senior management
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
• Ambition to develop into Supervisor or Management roles in the future
What’s On Offer
• £12.89 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Overtime available (often up to 6:00pm when required)
