We are Millennium Staffing, a healthcare staffing specialist. We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for one of our key clients in the Kettering area.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be working at our client’s residential care facility. Your duties will include:
• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring, assessing, and recording residents’ conditions, including vital signs.
• Leading and supervising Healthcare Assistants and support staff.
• Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing first aid where required.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date care records.
• Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and family members.
• Supporting residents with dignity and respect while promoting independence.
• Participating in care planning and clinical reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and professional nursing standards.
• Delivering reports to Care Managers and highlighting any significant changes in residents’ conditions.
**Requirements:**
• Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
