Working Hours:
- During peak periods: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be available
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (first 40 hours)
£14.21 per hour (after 40 hours)
£14.21 per hour (Saturday)
£15.21 per hour (Sunday)
£40 attendance bonus for every fully completed week
Role:
We are looking for a General Operative to work within concrete prefabricates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production, handling, and assembly of concrete prefabricated products.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards.
- Handle materials, including loading, unloading, moving, and heavy lifting of concrete components.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
- Support the team with general tasks as required to meet production targets.
