Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) – £26,900 – Full-Time Permanent



Each age group works from its own dedicated base room, all light-filled, well-resourced, and organised for daily use. Children move freely between their rooms and a secure outdoor area, including a garden used throughout the year. The nursery is well established, with a settled team and strong childcare practices.



Before You Apply



  • This role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.

  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential.

  • This position is not suitable for unqualified or trainee candidates.



Key Job Details



  • Salary: £26,900 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications

  • Hours: 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

  • Setting: Early Years nursery

What You’ll Need



  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting

What You’ll Do



  • Deliver day-to-day care and learning in line with the EYFS

  • Take responsibility for maintaining a safe, organised room environment

  • Observe and record children’s development accurately and consistently

  • Work within established routines to support children’s wellbeing

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team planning
