Enterprise Application Specialist
Grade 7 (£38,784.49 - £46,048.78)
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Abertay is a modern university with a global outlook, rooted in its local and national communities. We have made our mark with high quality, well-directed teaching and research, and a stimulating and enriching experience for our students.
IT Services is a friendly, vibrant and fast-moving department with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and high-quality digital technology services to our staff and students.
We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Enterprise Application Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications team. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, you will play a key role in the support, development and continuous improvement of the University’s core enterprise systems. These systems underpin critical areas including student information, finance, learning and teaching and research.
As a senior technical specialist, you will provide expert support, resolve complex problems and work closely with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure services remain reliable, secure, and effective.
You should have extensive experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex organisation, specifically Tribal SITS, and a proven track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
While hybrid working arrangements are preferred for this role, fully remote working will be considered.
If you believe you have the skills and experience for this exciting and challenging role, please submit your application through our online recruitment system.
