Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £13.30

As a Housekeeping Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service within a designated area of the hospital.​

You will be responsible for supervising and managing a specific segment of the hospital, supporting staff to maintain exceptional cleaning standards and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

The Role

Supervise a designated hospital area, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained

Support, guide, and lead the cleaning team to meet daily performance targets

Organise rotas and ensure full coverage across your area

Carry out cleaning duties when required, maintaining quality and consistency

Ensure safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with Health & Safety regulations

Maintain a safe, compliant environment and report any hazards or concerns promptly

About You

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine people-focused approach

Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach

A strong team player who works well with colleagues, clinical staff, and site users

Able to communicate politely and effectively at all levels

High attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards

Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
