RECEPTION SUPERVISOR
– GRADE 4
£25,804 - £28,778 pa
We are seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our award-winning team to support a busy and dynamic Reception team in the Student Halls. In the past decade, we have invested £250 million into our Halls of Residence, winning us Best University Halls in the 2021 National Student Housing Survey Awards. We have 7 halls of residences with over 4,400 students living with us.
Ideally you will have a proven track record in Student Accommodation or with a strong Customer Service or Student Experience focus. In the role, you will provide line management to a team of 6 Customer Service assistants ensuring these provide an outstanding service and offer a high-quality point of contact for our student residents. You will possess a high level of organisation, IT skills and will demonstrate an enthusiasm for the development of the team and delivery of quality services to accommodation users whilst committing to continuously improving the Student Journey. You will also work closely with the pastoral support team made up of Wardens and Residential Advisors to ensure our students remain safe and supported during their time with living with us.
There are developmental opportunities to work collaboratively with other teams such as the Accommodation and Halls Life Teams, and other departments in the University to enhance your understanding, knowledge, and experience.
This is a full-time role, with an expectation of some weekend working to support the Halls Team when operationally required and to promote our accommodation through the University Open Day cycle.
