The Mission:

We make our exceptional, high-performance products in the same labs as other high-end beauty brands (in France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, etc) - and sell them for a lot less than you d pay elsewhere

The Role:

We are seeking a sophisticated and high-energy Assistant Manager to spearhead our presence within one of London s most iconic heritage department stores for a 12m FTC.

As we enter our luxury retail era, you will be the face of our brand, bridging the gap between our digital roots and a world-class physical shopping experience.

Stationed at the heart of London s beauty scene, you will lead a specialist team to "move the dial" on performance and prestige. This is not just a leadership role; it is a brand ambassadorship.

You will provide bespoke cosmetic and skincare expertise to our members, ensuring our unique membership model is communicated with clarity and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise daily concession operations with excellence, including meticulous stock management and performance reporting.

Advise a team of Beauty Experts, delegating tasks effectively while fostering a high-performance culture.

Manage a team of Beauty Experts, inclusive of reviews and appraisals, development and rota management.

Oversee the achievement of daily targets and KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimise sales and conversion.

Promote new in store incentives, from initiation rollout to reporting, ensuring head office receives critical feedback needed to scale successful pilots.

Deliver a "Member-First" Experience. Setting a standard that differentiates us from traditional beauty brands, ensuring every interaction is personalised and unbiased.

Provide expert, professional advice across both skincare and colour cosmetics, tailored to the individual needs of current and future members.

Partner with the Social Media team to leverage in-store storytelling and digital content creation as a key driver for membership growth and commercial targets

Confidently navigate a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with composure, pivoting strategies quickly to meet changing floor demands.

Embody the brand values, acting as a true champion of our mission to disrupt the luxury beauty industry.

What You Will Bring:

Experience supervising high-end retail concession, preferably within the beauty sector.

Ability to confidently report and translate floor data into actionable insights regarding KPIs and sales trends.

Experience leading, managing and coaching teams of excellence.

Proven experience managing daily operations of a concession.

Provide an uncompromising eye for visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure the concession remains "luxury-ready" at all times.

Bring a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding commercial targets through a service-led sales approach.

Deliver technical artistry within a retail setting. Bringing a deep understanding of skincare ingredients and application.

An understanding of the membership-based retail model and the ability to articulate its value proposition to a discerning clientele.
