Rest Assured Enterprise are a growing content brand focused on creating engaging video content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels. We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who wants to grow with us and earn based on performance.
Role Overview
This is a commission-based position where compensation is tied directly to video performance, sales conversions, or revenue generated from content. Ideal for editors who are confident in their ability to create high-performing content and want uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
• Edit short-form and/or long-form video content
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and visual effects
• Optimize videos for platform performance (retention, engagement, conversions)
• Collaborate on content strategy and creative direction
• Meet agreed deadlines consistently
• Repurpose content for multiple platforms
Requirements
• Proven experience editing for social media or YouTube
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
• Portfolio of previous work required
