The Role
The Head of Business Analytics is a pivotal, Trust-level leadership role. You will design and embed a coherent Business
Intelligence capability that moves us from fragmented systems to a unified, reliable and scalable data environment.
You will integrate data from multiple systems, generate predictive insight, and deliver impactful reporting that supports
strategic, educational and operational decision-making across all TKAT schools and corporate services.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: setting the vision for BI while ensuring high-quality delivery of dashboards, modelling
and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* The strategic direction for data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and BI standards.
* Develop and quality assure high-level dashboards for Executive Leaders and the Board.
* Lead the generation of high-quality insight and build the Trust's predictive modelling capability.
* Establish and maintain robust data-quality assurance processes and reporting governance.
* Support staff adoption of Trust-wide reporting through clear guidance, training, and accessible documentation.
The Skills We Are Looking For
Essential
* Experience designing and delivering BI architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks.
* Advanced skill in Power BI or Looker Studio, producing high-quality dashboards for senior users.
* Ability to integrate and analyse data from multiple systems to generate meaningful insight.
* Experience setting data standards and implementing robust quality assurance processes.
* Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for non-technical audiences.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable
* Experience navigating education environments or working with Arbor, iTrent, iPlicit, IMP, or CPOMS.
* Ability to work within Google Workspace or similar cloud-based data ecosystems.
*Experience developing predictive or scenario-planning models.
