Crynodeb
We are recruiting Senior Consultants to lead project delivery and client relationships. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to apply their experience to meaningful public sector challenges and help governments use technology and data for the public good.
We are growing our team and looking to hire a couple of exceptional candidates. This role will suit candidates who have an interest in developing skills in the following areas:
Consulting and policy analysis
Data science and analytics
Service design and user research
Economics and quantitative analysis

Key responsibilities
Lead project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations
Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Write high-quality reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations
Contribute to business development, including proposal writing and pitches
Mentor junior consultants and support their development
Contribute to OI's thought leadership and public profile
Identify opportunities to improve our internal practices and methods
The ideal candidate will have
3-5 years experience in consulting, policy, or public sector roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
An interest in diverse subject areas and geographies
Ability to manage competing priorities from clients and internal stakeholders
An analytical mindset, and be comfortable working with commercial data
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum.
Health: Private health insurance provided as standard.
Leave: Five weeks holiday, plus a two-week Christmas shutdown.
