NW Recruitment Services Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Clitheroe. These are excellent opportunities for motivated and confident individuals to join a busy sales team on a temporary to permanent basis (based on business demand / requirements and performance).
The role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting a database of lapsed and inactive customer accounts with the aim of re-establishing relationships and generating new business opportunities. This role will involve a high volume of outbound calls and requires a confident and professional telephone manner.
Key responsibilities:
• Contacting lapsed and inactive accounts to rebuild client relationships
• Conducting high-volume outbound cold calls
• Identifying sales opportunities and generating leads
• Accurately recording call outcomes and updating CRM systems
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
• Following up on enquiries and potential opportunities
• Achieving individual call and sales targets
• Supporting the wider sales team with general telesales duties
The ideal candidate:
• Previous telesales, outbound sales, or cold calling experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Resilient and comfortable handling objections
• Strong data entry and administrative accuracy
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
