Permanent Positions (2 Roles Available)

Shift Options

We currently have two day shifts available:

Option 1

Monday – Thursday
6:00am – 6:00pm

Option 2

Monday – Thursday
7:00am – 7:00pm

Both roles are 48 hours per week and paid at £14.00 per hour.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Crosshead Extrusion Setter, you will:

• Set and operate Crosshead Extrusion machines

  
  

• Carry out tooling changes and adjustments

  
  

• Set up and pack production lines

  
  

• Inspect incoming materials and finished products

  
  

• Complete production and quality documentation

  
  

• Maintain strong 5S standards

  
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

  
  

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures

  
  

  Materials You Must Have Experience With

  You must have hands-on experience working with:

  • PVC

    
    

  • Polyurethane

    
    

  • Megalon

    
    

  • Nylon

    
    

    ✅ Essential Experience

    ✔ Proven experience as an Extrusion Setter / Operator
    ✔ Strong co-extrusion background
    ✔ Experience in wire coating, hose extrusion or pipe extrusion
    ✔ Experience setting up and packing production lines
    ✔ Ability to work independently and within a team

    Blown film extrusion experience alone is NOT suitable for this role.
