About the role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work both one-to-one and in small groups, supporting pupils with varying levels of additional needs. Many children within the school have EHCPs and require tailored interventions, emotional regulation support, and consistent encouragement throughout the school day.

Ideal Candidate – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• Minimum 2:1 degree (Psychology or Education preferred)
• Passionate about supporting children with SEN
• Strong communication skills and emotional awareness
• Previous experience working with children (tutoring, SEN support, youth work) is highly desirable
• Ambition to pursue a long-term career in education, psychology, mental health, or related fields
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
