Are you a high-achieving Geography graduate looking to gain school-based experience before progressing into teacher training?

We are working with a Good graded Secondary School and Sixth Form in Ilford seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Geography Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their humanities department. This is an excellent opportunity to support students across KS3, KS4 and KS5 while developing the skills and experience needed to move into teacher training in the future.

The school has a strong academic ethos, supportive leadership team and a clear pathway into salaried teacher training for exceptional graduates.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support in Geography

• Assist in delivering engaging lessons across KS3, GCSE and A-Level

• Support students with coursework, exam preparation and revision strategies

• Help raise attainment and academic confidence within the Humanities department

• Work closely with experienced Geography teachers and subject leaders

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-achieving classroom environment
