The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in health and safety management, strong knowledge of current legislation and best practice, and the capability to develop trusted relationships with managers at all levels. The role involves delivering training, conducting investigations and audits, preparing reports for senior management and the Board, and liaising with external bodies including the Health and Safety Executive and sector networks.
