Crynodeb
Join the Mining Remediation Authority as a Programme Planner and help deliver our ambitious mine water remediation programmes across Great Britain — with far less travel and far more balance.
In this role, you’ll be the planning expert at the heart of our Environment Programme Delivery Office. You’ll lead integrated scheduling, support programme and project managers, challenge and influence delivery teams, and make sure plans are robust, aligned and decision‑ready.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Bring strong programme and project planning experience (ideally in complex infrastructure).
- Can build and manage sophisticated, logic‑linked schedules across portfolios.
- Use planning tools like MS Project, Primavera P6 or Project Online/Planner Premium with confidence.
- Communicate clearly, challenge constructively and influence at all levels.
- Love creating order, structure and insight in multi‑programme environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading planning across the full mine water portfolio.
- Building integrated schedules and coordinating resource and capacity planning.
- Tracking progress, surfacing risks and driving timely corrective action.
- Facilitating integrated planning sessions and providing expert assurance.
Why join us?
Because your work will make a real difference. We’re a supportive, values‑led organisation committed to improving safety, sustainability and long‑term environmental resilience.
Interviews: Week commencing 23 March 2026
