We are a friendly family seeking two fun, flexible Personal Assistants to support our 18-year-old son at home and in the community.He is a full-time wheelchair user with significant disabilities and needs support with all daily activities.
He is very chatty, loves music, games (PlayStation/iPad/board games), animals, and having a laugh. Outings may include swimming or local animal attractions.
Duties include:
- personal care
- hoist transfers
- meal support
- accessing activities
- supporting epilepsy/allergies (full training provided).
Term-time preference for Fridays, weekends, and some after-school hours. Holiday hours are very flexible.Pay: £17.23 per hour + 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). Expenses paid. Enhanced DBS required (funded).
