Your Role

You will act as the first point of contact for residents experiencing financial or personal crisis, handling incoming calls with empathy, professionalism, and a traumainformed approach. You will gather essential information, carry out initial triage, and assess immediate needs in line with service guidance and audit requirements.

You will also provide warm referrals to a wide range of local partners, ensuring residents are connected smoothly to the most appropriate support. This includes liaising with voluntary sector organisations, advising on available assistance, and maintaining accurate records to ensure accountability, continuity of care, and a positive resident experience.
