The Practice

Accredited GP Training Practice
15-minute standard appointments to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Strong multidisciplinary team including ANPs, Practice Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, and ARRS roles
Emphasis on work-life balance and manageable workloads
Supportive administrative and management structure
Active involvement in local PCN initiatives

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Provide high-quality, patient-centred care
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to the teaching and development ethos of a training practice (if desired)
Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives
