Job Title: EHCP Coordinator
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHCP Coordinator to join a thriving college in Greater Manchester, supporting learners aged 16+ with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This is a pivotal role within the college's inclusion team, ensuring that students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) receive the tailored support, provision, and opportunities they need to succeed in further education and beyond.

As EHCP Coordinator, you will take the lead in managing and overseeing EHCP processes across the college, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality provision for learners.

Key responsibilities include:

Working collaboratively with curriculum staff, support teams, parents/carers, and external professionals

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with statutory requirements

You will play a central role in ensuring learners' needs are met, barriers are reduced, and outcomes are ambitious and achievable.

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong knowledge of SEND legislation and the EHCP statutory framework

Has experience working with college-aged learners (16-25), ideally within further education
