About the Role
Long Term Futures are working with an inclusive primary school in Haringey seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-12 within their specialist Autism Resource Base. You will provide structured 1:1 and small group support, helping deliver EHCP targets and supporting pupils with speech and language, communication, and emotional regulation needs.

The school has a strong SEN team, a well-resourced Autism provision, and a leadership team that genuinely values staff progression. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to develop long term within the setting.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience supporting children with Autism or additional needs who is patient, proactive, and passionate about SEN. Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with degrees or backgrounds in psychology, speech and language, youth work, mental health, or related fields.
