Teaching Assistants - Temp to Perm Opportunities
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Sector: Specialist SEND School
We are currently recruiting multiple Teaching Assistants to join a specialist children's school in Burton-on-Trent on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a supportive and structured SEND environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
You will be working on a 1:1 basis with children and young people aged 5-19, supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and associated learning and behavioural needs.
The role focuses on building strong, consistent relationships and supporting pupils in both their academic progress and personal development.
Working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:15am - 4:15pm
Monday to Thursday: 08:15am - 4:15pm

Friday: 08:15am - 3:00pm
Friday: 08:15am - 3:00pm
Full on-site training is provided over a 3-4 week period, ensuring you feel confident and well-equipped in your role.
Formal school-based qualifications are not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable experience, including:
