You’ll be part of a friendly digital team that maintains and improves key systems such as Electronic Patient Record tools. Your work will support clinicians, service managers and partners by ensuring systems are reliable, well‑designed and meet the needs of the people who use them.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and support the implementation and development of clinical systems, including system setup and reporting
• Manage projects, balancing priorities and working with teams across the organisation
• Provide guidance, problem‑solving and training to help colleagues use systems confidently
• Analyse data and system performance to improve reporting and support decision making
• Line‑manage team members and contribute to service development
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with clinical systems, such as SystmOne or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Confidence in managing projects and working independently
• Ability to solve complex problems and use sound judgement
• A graduate‑level qualification or equivalent experience in information systems
You’ll travel around East Riding and occasionally to the North West to assist clinical and public health teams with their clinical systems. You will oversee the Clinical Systems team, ensuring effective management while also prioritising both your workload and that of your team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, ensuring that every stage of system implementation within CHCP is well-organised and executed efficiently.
