We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Fundraising Officer to join our team at the heart of community and local corporate fundraising across North Devon. This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You will plan and deliver inspiring local fundraising events, support individuals and groups to achieve their fundraising goals, and build strong, lasting partnerships with community organisations, volunteers and businesses. As a visible and confident ambassador for the charity, you will represent us at community and business events, deliver engaging talks and presentations, and bring our cause to life for supporters. You will provide exceptional supporter care, ensuring every donor, fundraiser and corporate partner feels valued and clearly understands the impact of their support on local healthcare. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage your own portfolio of activity, track income against targets and maintain accurate records using our CRM systems. The role involves regular travel across North Devon and offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections across the region while making a tangible difference to patient care. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility required due to occasional evening and weekend events; time off in lieu provided in line with Trust policy.
