Scale: Scale 5 (SCP 22-25) at SCP 22 FTE £30,757 Actual: £21,852 per annum (30 hours per week - 8.30am-3.00pm less 30 minutes
lunch break)

Part Time Permanent (39 weeks per year)

The Role: Are you an energetic and creative person with a can do approach? If you are passionate about the young people in our
community and want to be a part of ensuring their bright futures then we would really like to hear from you. As a Cover Supervisor
you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from
school. Although not there to teach the lesson, our cover supervisors facilitate the activities that have been designed by
teaching staff and ensure that students complete the work in an effective learning environment. No two days are ever the same and
this role provides a high level of variation. Our cover supervisors work across the age and ability range and across all subject
areas. We would like to hear from people who really want to make a difference to our students and be part of the school’s
ambitious future. As well as having a passion for young people and their futures our colleague will: be an approachable warm
professional with the ability to foster excellent relationships be resilient and determined with be confident in talking to large
groups of young people, a high level of emotional intelligence be tenacious and well organised with good time management be
