About the Role
As a Talent Pipeline Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in moving candidates quickly, safely, and positively through our recruitment process. You will conduct structured screening interviews, assess candidate suitability with safeguarding at the forefront, and coordinate face-to-face interviews at nursery settings with local leadership teams.
You’ll be the first real voice of Kindred for many applicants, creating a warm, professional, and efficient experience from first contact through to interview.
What You’ll Need
Essential:
Experience in recruitment coordination, screening, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
Confidence conducting phone and virtual screening interviews
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines
Excellent communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Tech confident with experience using ATS or scheduling systems
Willingness to learn and apply safer recruitment and safeguarding principles
Desirable:
Experience within the childcare or early years sector
Experience supporting multi-site businesses
Understanding of safeguarding, DBS processes, EYFS, right to work checks, or regulated activity roles
Certificate in Recruitment Practice
Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional development
