We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our flagship Lords Builders Merchants Beaconsfield branch — a major
investment site that has reset the standard for what a modern merchant should be.
This is not a typical sales role. This is a destination branch with serious capability, serious stock and the fleet to match. With
six lorries on the road, a high-spec delivery operation, specialist departments and a premium showroom offer, you’ll have the
platform to build and grow a £200k+ per month ledger — and the support to deliver on every promise you make to your customers.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be out in the market and on the phone, building relationships, winning new business and growing your ledger, backed by a
branch that can deliver.
* Developing and growing a high-value customer base
* Turning enquiries into orders and orders into long-term partnerships
* Working closely with the branch team to deliver outstanding service
* Proactively identifying and securing new business
* Owning your numbers and going after them

A proven performer in the merchanting or building materials sector who:
* Knows the local market and has a strong customer network
* Is commercially driven and motivated by hitting — and exceeding — targets
