An inclusive and community-focused school in Lancing is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support learners with diverse needs.
You will play a key role in ensuring all students feel safe, supported and empowered to succeed.
Main Duties:

Provide classroom and 1:1 SEN support

Support emotional wellbeing and social development

Monitor progress and provide feedback

Encourage engagement and participation
We're Looking For:

Experience supporting ASD/ADHD/SEMH

Positive behaviour support knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills

Enhanced DBS clearance
