Location: The Wirral
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and creating a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.
You will be responsible for ensuring the home operates efficiently, meets all regulatory requirements, and maintains the highest standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily running of the residential home
Lead, manage, and develop a team of care and support staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Maintain excellent standards of care and safeguarding
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement
About You
Proven experience in a management role within a residential care setting
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and care standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage budgets and staffing effectively
Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Relevant health and social care qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards)
