As a family ran and oriented business, we are delighted to have the following opportunities available, due to continued growth we are seeking the following 4 individuals to join us in our endeavour to provide the highest quality service to our customers.
The purpose of these roles is to provide maintenance and servicing of life safety equipment, emergency light and smoke vent systems, in accordance with all current British & European standards, in accordance with BS5839 standards.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Provide day to day planned and reactive maintenance of contracts.
To respond to emergency callouts and carry out any remedial works as required.
Carry out asset verification.
Install replacement/additional equipment.
Take part in the on-call rota.
Conduct site surveys as required.
Training of apprentices.
To act at all times in a professional and diligent manor, considering the need of the clients.
Servicing and maintenance of emergency systems.
Skills and experience:
Good understanding of the British Standards BS 5839 and BS 5266.
FIA units (1,3,5)
At least 2 year of industry experience.
Attention to detail.
Able to communicate on all levels.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and schedules.
Full Drining Licence is essential (6 Points Max)
Working Environment:
This is a mobile based position that involves collaborating closely with the support service team. While also engaging with our clients. Expect a dynamic and fast paced work setting that combines on site work with on-going communication with office-based colleagues. The role necessitates proactive interaction and liaison with clients/customers, to ensure effective communication and first-class customer service.
