The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, including barred list information, as this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

We are looking for a business development advisor to join our existing team, with excellent and effective communication skills in order to successfully build long term relationships with external stakeholders.
You will have a competitive nature be target driven, highly organised and possess high levels of teamwork and motivation.
Job Purpose:
The College is seeking to appoint a Business Development Advisor to generate employer-led education and training opportunities that grow the College’s apprenticeship, adult and commercial provision.
You will achieve this by working with curriculum teams, proactively identifying opportunities and providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for employers and other stakeholders.
In this role you will support the colleges ambition to bring education and employment together for longer term prosperity of the communities we serve. As well as working directly with employers you will also work with internal teams such as curriculum teams, work experience and utilise the colleges CRM system, Pro-Engage, in order to maximise the opportunity for growth.
