Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to work for a busy production company based in Slaithwaite, HD7.
You’ll be responsible for packing finished furniture products and making sure every item meets quality standards before dispatch.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Packing furniture products safely and securely using the correct materials
• Handling wardrobes, shelves, and other large items with care
• Checking each item for quality, damage, or defects before packing
• Labelling, wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Keeping the packing area clean, organised, and safe
• Working closely with production and dispatch teams to meet daily targets
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job properly
• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
• A reliable, positive, hands on attitude
• Experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing work is helpful but not essential
Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 17:00
• Long weekends every week
Salary
• £12.35 hourly rate
